Happy Easter!!!  It's a beautiful morning here in the UK - the sun is shining!  However, I have my seasons a little mixed up as I've just finished binding my Christmas quilt!!!

So here it is .....

I made this quilt at the intermediate class at Cupcake Cottons, Burford before Christmas and Barbara at Fir Tree Quilting long arm quilted it for me.  I'm thrilled with the end result .... bring on next Christmas!!! :) :) :)

A match made in heaven ..... quilting and chickens!

simple log cabin with teacup in the middle!

used my favourite blanket stitch to quilt and added a small heart button!

I made this quilt for my brother-in-law Mike who will be starting his treatment tomorrow - good luck Mike!  We hope all goes well and you are able to snuggle under this quilt if you are feeling poorly - but hopefully you won't need it too much!!!!
