Malcolm's 60th Birthday quilt ...

I promised my brother a quilt for his 60th and here it is ...

The pattern came from 'Jelly Roll Dreams' by Pam and Nicky Lintott.  For the circles - of which I had to make 100 - I used interfacing which gives a lovely puffy finish and Steph from Cupcake Cottons suggested the scrappy binding ...

and he likes it ...

It was a busy time leading up to the wedding but, naturally, I wanted to make a little something for the bride and groom  ...

I am going to make the newlyweds a quilt .... once I've finished the quilt I'm making my brother for his 60th birthday  ...

We made some great bunting at The Makery in Bath while on Poppy's Hen weekend ...
